They always are changing the amount I owe. I was going into the dentist thinking I owed them $200, but then when i got there, they said i had a past due amount of $1600. Then Dr. Cavasos got involved, and before asking me any questions, he said, "we need to be careful, before we start getting accusatory here" in which i was not accusing him of anything. I was simply questioning why I owed the amount i did. They ended up taking off a lot, but i still owed $400, in which i was asking still, where did that come from. I thought I had only owed them $200. So I clearly will not be going back there. If you go there, go to Dr. Kaboodi. He's very professional. I wish i had never switched over to Dr. Cavasos.

Dr Crouch, his dental assistants, and the staff are top notch, in that respect I can highly recommend them. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable during your procedure. I personally had only extractions accomplished there because I wanted research other options. Which brings me to the only negative I can say, the price you pay per extraction, along with dentures, is about $1,000 plus more than what other quality dentists charge for the same procedures. When you go there expect sticker shock, and I hope you have great insurance, because if you do not, you will be in for surprise.

Had my exam and cleaning there last week and they made me comfortable the entire time. The person at the front was really nice and gave me a tour and even made my coffee for me. Dr. Crouch and Kelly were really good and they even showed me real pictures of my teeth instead of old xrays. I will definitely stay with them especially since they have free whitening for life.

bad experience,was told it would be x amount at check out.i agree but when to check out and set next appointment and was told it was alot more.and payment was due,i paid the amount,and felt i was lie too.i did not set next appointment and will find a new doctor.i can not trust this place or the work they wanted to do to me.also setting a appointment time,i still had to wait. 9/28/2009

I love this office! The dentists and employees are professional and reputable and they stand behind their work to a tee. I have diabetes and found out that Advanced Smile Care is the only dental facility that specializes in diabetes care. I feel very comfortable here. Plus, besides the cookies they have snacks for diabetics too. :)

I was amazed at the treatment I received! The kindness and customer service were outstanding as well as the bedside manner of the dentists. This experience was far above any dental experience I have ever had in many ways, not just one! Actually Enjoyable!
