I'm an owner of a fix and flip company.

My company is not big (30 - 40 houses a year).

I had a contract on one of the houses that I own and Bill was the buyers inspector.

After his inspection buyers ask me to reduce the price and I decided to take the house off the market and fix it right and to list it again.

He is the inspector that will find deficiencies put them in the report in details and explain to you what is the right way to fix it.

A few days ago I purchased an old house in West Palm Beach.

My decision was right and I'm very satisfied with his report.

Until a week ago I could say that as a buyer I would use his services without hesitation. Now as an investor I can say that I will always use his service. Since in my business time is money. If I have Bill inspect the home prior to renovations I will have the right information to fix it correctly the 1st time.
