Elite Lock & Key was sent by AAA when I was locked out of my home, and they provided prompt, professional service at a reasonable price. I first contacted a locksmith in my local area who was rude and abrupt (as well as overpriced) before contacting AAA to see if they could offer a recommendation. I would highly recommend Elite Lock & Key!!

Excellent locksmith! The person who answered my call was kind and knowledgable. They were able to send a locksmith immediately, even though my call was not for emergency service. The locksmith arrived in a well-marked van. He was very nice and professional and the price was right, too! Call Elite Lock & Key if you ever need a locksmith! Highly recommended!

Excellent service! Response was very quick, and within the time frame I was given, 30-40 minutes, and was very reasonable as far as cost as well. My keys were locked in my car one other time previously, and I paid more than double what Elite charged. I was in my car in less than a minute once they arrived. I will definitely use their service again should I have the need, and will recommend to anyone else I know that may have this need.

I highly recommend using Elite Lock & Key for all of your locksmith and security needs. They have replaced high security locks in my home as well as laser cut keys for my cars. Their service is always prompt and courteous and their rates have been fair. I trust them!

Provided by SuperpagesGood work - but they mislead us on the price. They gave us a price over the phone - all inclusive. Once we received the bill they added labor. They did it to us twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesOnce I had three keys copied there, and they charged me $4.99 each. Later I found another locksmith somewhere else in Baltimore city only asks $3.75 for the same thing. When I went over to argue with them, they were obviously cheating because one of the employees and the boss said something about the price totally contradictory to each other. I am just telling the fact.
