Someone broke into my car last night and stole several items from my car. My insurance company referred me to NGM Autoglass. I called and a customer service rep provided me excellent service and helped me schedule the appointment and I had an installer within the hour at my house replacing the glass. Thank you for the great service.

The CSR took care of me from begining to end. He handled my call with proffessionalism and patience. Your glass technician was very proffessional and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable with the installation he did. I can be difficult and I like to ask a lot of questions especially with something so important like my safety and my new car.
