Didn't pick up the Groom

Confirmed pick up two days before the wedding. The limo driver stated that he followed instructions from the grooms men to go to another pick up instead of following my instructions. They stated there is a tracking device on all cars which gave them a arrival time of 3:35 but they arrive around 4:05. Themanager or owner whoever I spoke with wasn't apologetic at all. He took the word of his driver and made excusses or attempted to give examples of what I would have happen if I would have given the groomsmen a change of plans. I call the limo company on the day of my wedding in which a woman told me that the drive was in route to the groom. NEVER HAPPEN!!! I consider them to be unreliable.... The money I paid for the limo I should have paid a taxi!!!
