        Overall

        We booked a number of nights after the first night we heard scratching in the walls. Informed the owner of this in the morning and she was not concerned and told me that it was just birds. Ultimately we ended up leaving for another hotel. She then charged us for our entire stay not our deposit and one night, which we owed if we're being fair. Very rude on the phone and uncalled for name calling.



        Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffins, house is very cluttered and hard to maneuver in areas because of clutter. We also found some fecal matter on the carpet from the owners pets and she brushed that off as well.
