        Community Healthcare Center is a local, not-for-profit primary medical care, dental and counseling clinic welcoming all ages in Wichita County and the surrounding 13 counties in north central Texas. Our licensed medical, dental and behavioral health clinicians – and their care teams – are committed to providing superior care for you and your family. Community Healthcare Center offers a variety of patient services, including Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Children & Adult Dentistry and Behavioral Health Counseling. We also offer a low-cost pharmacy, lab and x-ray. Too many hardworking people go without primary care because they believe it is unaffordable. It’s not. Community Healthcare Center serves area families by welcoming a broad range of payment types including Medicaid, Medicare (medical), CHIP, TRICARE and most private insurance. Discounts are available to patients based on family size and income. Uninsured and underinsured patients can benefit from financial assistance programs that we have available for situations you may be experiencing.
