Great place... wrong address... on the same side as Glass Tint Etc.

everything in the city was booked that weekend, there were many events going on in alexandria. there were two roaches running under the beds and i am terrified!, found a sock on the floor, trash under the dresser but it was in plain sight, floors were not vacuumed, and also there was a dead roach in the shower. the manager on duty said she could not refund me my money and i would have to speak to her boss. its been a week and a half, i still have not heard from the general manager and i have called up there every couple days.
