Ray Cook at Napelton Dodge of Clermont was very professional in working on my Purchase of a Chrysler 200. He made everything easy with me. Treated me like family at the time of purchase and well afterwards. He was not pushy just trying to get the best vehicle to fit my needs. I would give him more than 5 Stars if I could. I had a great time going through all the inventory @ Napleton Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram I’m glad I got lead to Steven Stoner and he’s experience with trucks because he answered every question I had as clear it could be ,the atmosphere was great he made not just me but the whole family feel very welcome definitely coming back soon for my wife’s jeep sahara unlimited ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

how about no stars bought my wifes car there went flawless decided to trade in my truck no remember i live an hr and a half away my wife drives this every month just to go there and service her car i liked this place so much so i decided its time to trade in anyway talked to one manager gave me one hell of a deal i was ready to come down he told me hold on he had to run this 20k mile truck through service first ok no problem it was my truck and 2800 bucks cash deal said he would call me as soon as its done well no call next day i called back up he wasnt available ect....finally i got upset because when i called and found out they sold the truck to someone else a deal is a deal man anyway they told me they would get another one 2 months went buy nothing so i called and talked to a lady who was supposively a manager she said she would call me back and make this right she never did call the next day talked to bryan who said the same he never did really after all the people i recomended you 15 people just in a 1 mile radius have bought cars and trucks from you because of me this is how you are going to treat me ok see if you get one more customer from me as a matter of fact see how far this goes.....here is my number 727-808-2918 i got nothing to hide im not someone who treats there customers like crap filled with false promises

Update got a call today the person apologized over and over a said he would make it right comes back at 21k and my truck my reply far off from our original agreement he said sorry but that truck is gone I replied I know you sold it to someone else after you made the deal he replied that is how we usually do business I am sorry confesses they breached a verbal agreement and refuses to make it right now I have to bring my recordings thank God my business line records everything and these texts to my attorney people a agreement weather verbal or written when agreed apon is a contract are you that ignorant....it would be cheaper and easier to make this right but they don't obviously want to do that will post pics of the text messages....
As a business owner If I saw this I would be on the phone making this right but nope the owner obviously does not care

Do Not trust this Dealer with your automobile!!!

Recently we placed our trust in this dealer to handle a simple oil change and tire rotation for our Dodge Durango. After the job was completed we noticed that one of the Ram caps on our wheels was missing. All four caps were on when we took it in and one was missing when it was returned to us We took our complaint to the service department and spoke to a guy named Tom. As it turns out this guy is a total idiot who completely dismissed our complaint and took no responsibility whatsoever. We then called the General Manager, Tammy Vova, who obviously couldn't care less since she never returned any of four calls. With management like that, it is no wonder this is such a poorly run dealership. If you value your automobile, DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealer. When the general manager doesn't care about a customers complaint, that speaks volumes about that dealer. It's amazing in this economy that a dealer feels they can treat customers like dirt and expect them to come back.

The Big BUll Outside Tells it All

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was called by the sales person and told I was approved for a 2006 Mercury Mirina. I was asked if I could put a deposit on this vehicle until the next day when I could get there. At that time I put a $500.00 deposit over the phone. The next day I drove 78 miles there, test drove this vehicle and than was told by Rick the finance manager that I was not approved for the loan on this vehicle. He than showed me a few other cars he said was in the range was approved for. Why did they take my deposit, make me drive 78 miles and test drive this vehicle just to say no? Was this a sick joke?
I than decided on a PT cruiser. Very nice car but it was missing a hub cap, had a bad seal on one door and a missing piece of trim on the inside. They said they would order the parts and if they could not match the hub cap they would replace all four. This was fine with me.
On Saturday at 11:47AM I was called and told to bring the car in for the repairs.
I drove 78 miles again. I got there at 12:50. Rick went into service and come out and said they would be right with me. One hour later, I went into service and spoke to Melissa ( Service Manager in Charge). She very rudely tells me they are about to close and can't get to me. I was upset and went to Hali ( salesperson ). Then she came back to say it would be fixed today. Two hours later I ask what is going on and I am told they could not find the new hub caps in parts. Then they come and tell me they found them and were putting them on. I finally leave this dealership at 3:35 PM.

I drive 78 miles home to get out of the car and find that I am MISSING a HUB CAP. I call back and after being put on hold I am told that they cannot do anything about this. I call back and talk to Steve ( sales manager ) and he finally says they will mail me a new hub cap. After I get off the phone I go to check the other three new hub caps to see if they are on right. One falls off in my hand as soon as I touch it and to my surprise, This NEW hub cap is NOT NEW at all. I checked them all and they are all used hub caps with dirt, grease and break dust on the back side of them and you can see that they are very worn and were taken off another car.
So the whole story about they cound not find the new caps in parts and than found them was another one of the lies and bull .If you want to talk to someone in this dealership that won't give you bulls---, TALK TO THE BULL BY THE STREET.

Went to Napleton Jeep in Clermont, FL with an email with a price of a vehicle in hand from their website and they would not honor the price. They wanted me to pay $4,000 more for the vehicle than the price that was on the email. #shameonyoujeep. #jeep.

Service department is just "BAD". charged me for a tire rotation on a vehicle with staggered tire sizes(impossible). Remote call center when you call service.. They can't spell customer service!
