Lazy River

Would give it 0 stars if I could. First things first the suite we stayed in took over 3 hours to be hour from the time we were told to get there. Then the guy has the nerve to be super rude to us and act like its on us. That was an instant turn off. But it's not only that the whole time we had to put up with constant harassment from their security guard when we were not doing anything at all. He was intrusive to say the least coming in to our suite when we didn't even give him permission to check if the trash was taken out, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Then when it was time to leave we left the units spotless and then we get an email from the owner filled with lies saying we didn't clean up the suite and there was a hole in the wall which wasn't the least bit factual. So for those lies we wouldn't receive our security deposit. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!

This has been the worst rental experience ever imagined. When renting was told that we could check in at 9am. We arrived with milk and food that needed to be regrigerated only to find out that we could not get in until 1pm which quickly turned into 2:15! There was an $800 security deposit of which only $260 is being returned with no description of any damage, and when checking out the manager verbally said that we would be getting our entire deposit back. The security/manager was drinking and extremely inappropriate with the young girls staying in the house. First of all, this agency should be extremely ashamed of this staff member and their business practices. If you check out their Facebook page it's a scam because any negative feedback is blocked and deleted. I would not give this location 1 star let alone 5!! Save your money or save yourself the heart ache and go over to a bed bug ridden, flea bag motel, trust me you will be better off. ��������
