Hired company for grandmothers 80th birthday spoke on phone a couple of times then had contract faxed to me when trying to send fax back could not get it to go through first problem. Then i mailed it to them no response to recieving contract when calling 4 days before the party and a day before my arrival from new york i called so i could meet with representive to make sure everything was a go the company phones were diconnected in a frantic move i had to get in contact with a another company once finding one a meeting with him upon my arrival in sc satified day of party while checking all charges for event find out i was charged by classic limo so i called company seeing if phone lines worked i got someone the person on the phone got real nasty and said i don't have to call my clientes to inform them of company moving ive been doing this for twelve years and i do not have to call my costumers back an inform them of anything.. all said and done my credit card company took care of those charges dont bother this company sucks..
