This is an excellent restaurant. The staff greets you immediately upon entering. They are very friendly and read their customers well. If you want a quiet romantic meal for two they provide great service without being intrusive. If you want a fun atmosphere the servers will laugh and joke with you. Their food is fabulous. The hibachi is hibachi. To me, once you seen one, you've seen them all. It is well done though. The standard fare is very good and pretty authentic. The sushi is the best in town though. Presentation is gorgeous. They rotate garnishes so each time you order there will be a new look. The rolls are well laid out and tightly wrapped. The salmon skin is not as crunchy as Japanica's, but, tastes good still. Sushi is clean and simply presented. They are not skimpy on the pieces of fish either. The sashimi is where its at though. The fish practically melts in your mouth. It is wonderfully fresh and tender. Each time I eat the sashimi I have to sit in silence and roll the fish around in my mouth to savor the sublime taste. If you really can appreciate good sushi, this is the place to go. If you can't, it is still delicious.
