Called then because the main line from the street is leaking they asked that I text them my contact information which I did. I waited about 1.5 hours before calling back only to find out that they planned on coming by sometime during the next week. Of course, now I have to pay premium rates because telling a plumbing company that the main line into the house means waiting till next week to look at it.
