Wilson property Management

I have allowed WPM to manage my property for over 7 years and at first, all was well. Then about 5 years ago things started to fall apart and have continued to increase speed of their incompetency, indecisiveness and lack of professionalism has taken its tole on my, my funds and my property. Please do not allow them to manage your property. They do not follow their own contract or company policies when managing your property and due to their negligence has cost me $$$. They blatantly lie to you when they are the ones in the wrong. Those that are saying nice things that sound to professional are the people that work for them or family or friends. They do not check on my property at all and when they do the move out inspections they just glance at stuff and never turn anything on/off to see if it works. I've just fired them and hopefully can find a management company who truly has my property in their best interest.

They are quick at fixing small problems, but bigger issues may never be resolved. I have lived at one of their apartment complexes for 2 years and the light above my stove has not been fixed. I have put in several work orders and finally just gave up. The turnover rate for their team is rather high. I have not talked or email the same person twice. I would not recommend. RUN away while you can.

Beth, Paige and the rest of the Wilson Propety Management team are the best!! They make everything so simple and easy and are so nice! I know they appreciate my business and they make me feel important and valued. Such a great company!

this company made my move to Raleigh, NC hell moving in and hell moving out. they lost their case in court, , by ms. Paige, they was very rude to us from day one. and did not want to do any repair work to the house on 405 Avent cir. do not rent this house. u will sign a 28 page lease, and u will be responsible for all repair, and they will charge u for mileages. house is over price, house in area, are 1000.00, with up to date appliances, with stainless , stove, refri, microwave, dishwashers that works, the appliances in this house DO NOT WORK. FOR 1200.00 @ MONTH

This company made my move to NC so easy. I was really stressed about relocating especially since I never had been to Raleigh area. They were friendly and really went out of their way for me. In fact they were the only company that would call me back to view properties before I arrived in town.

Once I moved in the process continued seamlessly. Although I do find myself to be responsible and a good renter.

I have never had a problem and don't expect to. I actually just referred a friend who has a house that she needs management for. She has told me her experience so far has been just as great.

I'm releived I found this company.

Avoid them at all costs. Their contract states that they can fix anything for under $200 without the owner's approval. I feel like I've been nickled and dimed to death by them. They will not management my home when the contract is up. Very unhappy with how they handle things.
