  • Full Bar, Impressive Wine List
  • Menu Changes Regularly
  • Dinner and Carry Out
Sprout is the newest restaurant in the Lincoln Park and can be defined as a Classic French Bistro.

Currently, our Lincoln Park bistro is open only for dinner, but soon will be serving lunch. The menu here at Sprout changes regularly based on seasonal fresh ingredients. The crab cakes are a great appetizer served over cabbage slaw and a pepper aioli. The Rolled Leg of Lamb is sure to please. The lamb is rolled with a stuffing of garlic, shallots, fresh spinach, roasted red pepper and rosemary, served over a delicate bed of saffron rice.

We have flat screen TVs around the bar for those who enjoy a great meal while watching their favorite sporting event. Our staff is focused on serving quality food while giving great service to every customer.

Editorial Review for Sprout – by Citysearch Editor

Anyone who still thinks organic food is for hippies and health nuts will find it hard to reconcile this high-end French- and Italian-influenced bistro in Lincoln Park. Well-heeled couples from the neighborhood settle into velvety banquettes in the date-ready, mustard-tinged dining room to dig into seasonal finds like Alaskan halibut with blood orange salsa, rich escargot in beef marrow bones with tomato coulis, as well as classics like coq au vin. There's even a chef's tasting option. The menu is touted as being 90-percent organic, and the goal is still for a perfect 100.
