    On a general inquiry, the representative from Creative Travel provided me with good information on North Carolina Beaches as well as insights from a seasoned traveler on a second- actually first-- honeymoon to Italy "Under the Tuscan Sun."

    Contacts are very nice until you commit. After that they could care less about your needs. I would not recommend to anyone. Added no enthusiasm and offered no creative ideas for the trip. Folks that work or run the place are boring!

    We used Creative Travel in the past, and were looking to use them again to book a trip in the future. I called three times and emailed four times. I never even got a response. On one of the calls I spoke the a lady who said they were "inundated" with business and didn't have time to call just yet. So I waited another few days after having left a voicemail. NO RESPONSE. I finally gave up and contacted another agency. Very dissapointing considering we got great service with them before. Guess we just weren't that important. Not even for a 2 minute call. Shame.

    We found Creative Travel quite by necessity. We needed to book a family vacation while the family was in town for a weekend visit. Problem was about all the travel agencies in the area were closed for the weekend. All except Creative Travel. That's where we met Toni, and boy are we glad we did! It's like planning your next vacation with a friend who has already been there. Professional, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!!!
