    Exceptional

    Very Satisfied Customer

I was involved in a car accident, my friend recommended Authentic Automotive as he always takes his cars there. I took my car there, they handled all of the insurance filing for me, I picked up my car when it was done and I could not tell it had been in an accident! The blend on the side was perfect, the car was clean and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I was so happy with their work that when my car needed a tune up I brought it back and had Authentic take care of that for me too.

    Very Good

    Duster Guy

Jim and his crew at Authentic did a frame on restoration of my 73 340 Duster and all I can say is I am beyond satisfied. Anyone that has restored a car can tell you that it is never a seamless process and things are bound to happen such as late parts etc.. It is how these situations are reacted to is what counts. No matter how busy they were when I stopped in to check on my ride I was treated like I was their number one customer. Not only by Jim but by his staff as well. This is not to mention how well my car turned out. I brought them a rust bucket and drove out of his shop with a real head turner. As a matter of fact a show winner several times over! Just one example, Jim's crew painted my engine compartment. When I came to look at it I was like wow it's red but it didn't look like the color I picked but I figured I guess it must be. Well before the rest of the car was painted and the motor was dropped in Jim called me back down to his shop. He explained to me that he wasn't happy with the paint job so he took the initiative to redo it. Now it was candy red! That's what I call service!
