Months ahead of time we booked the limousine and agreed upon the price. A few days before the wedding we confirmed the price and time. We wanted to sign a contract before the wedding but they stated they don't do contracts and they just need a card number to hold the date. Before the wedding they deducted $100 and then 94 dollars above the agreed amount after the wedding. When I tried to get clarification from the company they said they would have never agreed to that price, even though I had everything written down and confirmed. There was also a 3% fee for using a card that was never disclosed and they told us afterwards that there was a 10% cash discount (after it was too late of course). The person I talked to was extremely rude and denied everything. The party bus was supposed to hold 15-17 people but we were overpacked with 13. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
