    Exceptional

    Great Install/Service

    My husband and I just went through a major home remodel. We used the geneva location and worked with Melissa. She was a true professional. She came to our home and gave us a free estimate on our wood and tile floor. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. She showed us pictures of previous jobs, so we knew what we were getting. We went to other places for pricing and Great Western was by far the most professional and their designing abilities were far superior than the 2 other stores. The pricing of the labor and tile were pretty much the same. The difference was the service. We will be back for more work when we have the money.
