I particularly liked the way AAMCO of El Monte staff took their time to explain to me, in details, about my transmission problems. It helped me understand a whole lot more about the way transmissions work and how to avoid costly repairs and or replacement in future. I was taken to their work bench and shown the inside of my transmission, the damaged parts, and it was explained to me the reason why my transmission broke down. They also took their time to thoroughly inspect my car for any other possible problems. They found some mounts broken and offered to replace them, labor free, if I bought the mounts. Finally I was given a free rental car and within two days, my car was ready!! thanks to Charles and his staff for exceptional customer service I received at their center. I have told all my friends about El Monte AAMCO and they have made a believer out of me....superior quality workmanship and customer service and a place I definitely can trust. We have three cars in the family and El Monte AAMCO will be servicing all our cars from now on. Finally a mechanic I can trust. Worth every dollar!
