Nice at the time

When I first moved in I was in a new section. I didn't have a problem with my townhouse/apartment. Friends that lived a couple doors away had huge problems. The moved in the cabinets in the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom was not finished and didn't get finished until several months after they moved in. I still have friends that live there and they tell me that the new management there now was not very friendly, and that their kitchen cabinet facing is peeling and the wire shelving in the pantry is saging.
