Firehouse Pizza was started in 2003. With all the fast food type pizza place in town, we saw a desire in Peoria for a new, quality pizza with a variation of taste. Our pizza is set apart for the competition because we don+t cut corners. We take the time to make sure that the pizza you and your family orders is the quality of pizza you expect. Our crust is made using a process that takes 24 hours. This ensures the yeast has time to work, giving the crust the best possible flavor and crsipiness.
