    They suck. Washed my car twice and it was STILL dirty! Never again!

    I wrote a review earlier that explained my dislike for this carwash and I still feel that the people I dealt with at the mockingbird location were and are still incompetent. After driving to their other location on Lemmon I met a nice lady by the name of Rose and after looking at my car and getting a quote to fix my car she took care of everything! I am very appreciative of her professionalism and for realizing the damage that was done by the carwash and appreciate her commitment to fixing the problem. I would ONLY take my car to the Lemmon location if I was to continue to be a customer, but I will continue to wash my car myself in the future. I may take my wife's car there because it is not as low as my car is to the ground. Rose showed me that they were a good business to deal with and again I appreciate everything she did!!!! Thank you Rose! Good luck to the rest who use this service.

    I usally don't take my sportscar through carwashes like this, I do it by hand myself, but I decided to give it a try. After I got through the car wash and made my way over to the vacum, I had to get out a towel and dry off my car. I then noticed that my car had been damaged down the left side of my car. My splash guards had 4 deep scratches in them and then I noticed a dent about the size of a golf ball under neath my door with more scratches. I immediately call for the manager and he came over to look at the damage and told me "Are machines could never had done that damage." I know every detail about my car since I do it by hand every two weeks and there was NO dent and the deep scratches were never there before. I also told him I heard a thump and a sound od scraping as I went through. I was then told that he would have the General Manager call me the next day, and of course I am still waiting for that call. I tried callling myself and the number listed in this yellow pages ad rings 3 or four times and then goes to a fax machine. I am going to call the three news agencies that have consumer affairs and have them go to the car wash and do a story on damaging peoples cars and then blowing them off. I don't want to seem overly mad, but what if it was your car and they did this to you? I would NEVER take my car here again and will advise my friends and neighbors the same.

    I was expecting a quick car wash with your typical streaks and a half-dried car. These machines did a great job and I only had to wipe droplets from my windows afterwards. They even gave me a token for a free car vacuum. It was a nice Spring day, and I was thinking "If someone walks over and hands me a cold beverage, then I've died and gone to heaven!" I've never spent a better 5 bucks!! I live over 30 miles from this car wash, but the next time I'm in Dallas, I'm bringing my dirty car here. And, my wife's car, too.
