I would advise that you rent property from someone else. The woman who rents these apartments will find any and every excuse to take your entire deposit, which is one month's rent. The apartments had to be cleaned when we first moved in, and they were much cleaner when we left. 3rd & Bourbon Street Apartments, specifically, are overpriced, at $525 a month. There is a roach problem, and they never spray. The gated community is also a joke. Many peoples' cars were broken into more than once, and you are likely to get shot living in the area.
