Anytime I need the newest game or cd, this is my place!! Always ready to help and checking out is never a hassle or long line...always a plus!!!

Good

Not the best but getting there

I've had several computer needs in the past 6 months and have had pretty good luck with Best Buy. I purchased a wireless router and the floor person helped me pick out a great one that fit my needs as well as my budget. The installation was done by Geek Squad which was well worth the extra money. More recently though I've found that they haven't had enough floor personnel to answer questions so there has been a wait but the service has been good when they do get to you.
