    Terrible Place

    I have lived there for almost 3 years and have nothing good to say. There have been gunshots and my next door neighbor has been robbed twice. The neighbors are loud and trashy. They have an outdated boiler instead of individual water heaters and the hot water goes out for 2 days a month. Most of the windows leak and there are ants in the walls. My neighbor behind me broke some pipes and now there is mildew in my apartment that the place won't clean. My cabinets are warped because of the mildew. The maintenance never comes and if it is important, I have to call them once an hour to make sure it gets done. I never feel safe. If I where you, I would stay as far away from this place as possible.,

    This complex is full of problems. Form unprofessional management, slow in at all maintenance, and it is and unsave enviorment. They refuse to give writen statements of utilities due, make false claims to imtemidate residents, and use police to scare you in to being quite. I got a few words for them.... See you in court.

    Counting down the days until my lease is up!!! We've heard gun-shots and our neighbors car has been broken into 4 times. The parking lot is too dark and we no longer feel safe here. Maintenance takes forever and expect a ten minute wait time just to reach the office!
