    Huber Bus Service - Worst Customer Service

    Hubers Bus Service has the worst customer service skilled employees. I called to complain on one of their bus drivers whom Hubers has a contract with Arundel County Public Schools. Needless to say after speaking with Nancy Bryant the worst and very nasty woman to deal with played games on the telephone putting me on speaker to get me upset with her back and forth crap. She then put Jessica Huber on the telephone who claims to be in charge/supervisor whom she is only an administrative assistant the Daughter of the owner. Oh what attitude she has and the owners daughter that says alot about the company and their business tactics. The whole cake in a nut shell is this I am a taxpayer in which the county I live in and wanted the name of the bus driver to file a former complaint in writing the two idiots Nancy and Jessica refused to give me the name. Jessica says is against the policy due to employee confidentiality. What!! in the world I am a parent who kids ride the bus and I am not allowed to get the drivers name. This company is bad business. I would not use their service nor recommend this company to any one. See what happens when you have and owner who has a young child working for them can ruin the business. What they need to do is hire more professional skilled customer service reps to work for them instead of worthless people who are there just to get paid. Also Arundel Public Schools need to have their OWN school buses instead of PAYING a contract to pick up our kids and take them to public schools and Arundel County wants to furlough the teachers heck if they didn't have contractors running the school buses they would have to furlough the teachers. Is this crazy or what. Best believe I already have the school board jumping on this crazy mess with Hubers Bus Service. A Concerned Parent! (Hubers You know who I am)

    A coach bus with no A/C

    They sent a coach bus with no a/c to drive around my wedding guests. Need I say more. Guests didn't realize the a/c didn't work until they were already stuck on the bus. It was a 90 degree day on a bus with windows that didn't open. They didn't even try to get us a new bus until the ride home from the reception. They blame it on the driver. Would you want to drive a hot bus all day if you didn't have to? They go lost on the way to the reception and the grooms family was stuck on bus for 20 min more than necessary.
