Mad Hatter's pathetic treatment of customers...

I have never written to a forum like this before, but... We were there before 4pm on October 6th. They said they were closing an hour EARLY than their posted hours. They started turning the lights out on us as we entered the store. I felt like we were given the bum's rush and not treated with any respect at all. We will never spend any money there again! With a possible recession looming in the months to come, I hope they file for bankruptcy and learn how to respect their customers, especially on slow days. Their treatment was appaling! Join the line of businesses in bankruptcy court!!!
