Not so good service or food

This place has been disappointing both times I visited. I felt I had to give it more than one chance, but I wont be returning. The food is sub par and the service leaves a lot to be desired. I have never seen such incompetent managers in my life. Its sad this place is so bad. I love Perkins, but this one needs saved by corporate, or something. It would be ran better by apes.
