I am NOT happy with this busin...

I am NOT happy with this business....the sales person was great...in getting me a car....BUT...the car...was NOT checked out.....it needed an oil change...the owners manual was missing...the only thing in the owners manuel packet was the copy of the LEMON LAW.....(PLUS....I had to pay EXTRA for an extra key.....and FIB...a total of 120.) I was to bring it in to have it 'checked out'......when I got it.....it had NO window cleaner......and after being 'serviced'....it STILL had no cleaner...wasn't even noticed....and the left light was not operating...a poor job of SERVICE.....also, when I first got it....it had NO floor matts....OR...a cover over the spare tire...when you opened the truck...you looked DIRECTLY at the spare tire....I feel that they did NOT thoroughly check this car over......and I don't know WHAT will happen next...also, had to have the gas tank tightened....NOT something you should have to do to a 2 yr. old car.....IS THIS your policy.......just quick make a sale and sweep them out the door? (this was the dealership in Middleton, off Airport Rd.)
