Horrible Cleaning Service!

We were moving into a new house, and I wanted to get it cleaned the week before. The house is 1,200 square feet, 1 bathroom, and it was completely empty. Also there were no appliances in the kitchen, and both bedrooms were having new floors put in, so they didn't need to clean the floors. I hired Merry Maids to do a full cleaning of the house - specifically focusing on the windowsills, baseboards, and kitchen. They charged $90 per hour, and expected it to take 2 hours, with a maximum of 4 hours. When I inspected the house after they were done, they completely missed two closets (caked dust on the floor). They didn't dust the windowsills, and didn't even go into the laundry room at all. The kitchen floor still had dirt on it that I could wipe up with my finger. When I called the office I was informed that it had been inspected by a supervisor after the crew left, and passed. They also told me that I was charged for the full 4 hours ($360). When I objected to the service and price, they said they would send a collection agency after me if I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, and there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told he lived in Hong Kong and could not be reached. It was a horrible experience - almost qualifying as a scam. I then had to pay another service to come in and clean properly. What a nightmare...
