    Great Services Great People!

    Posted by MM45678 on 09/16/2009

A friend told me about this place before, and I said I would look into it, but I didn't not until I came across a job posting on craigslist. It was a pleasure meeting the staff it was fast and easy to speak with them. It was very simple, I told them what was the position I am looking for and they said they would help me get me notice by employers by e-mailing them my resume. My resume was a bit rusty and outdated so, they suggested their Resume Service and created a wonderful resume for me. I'm really happy with their services and they way I was treated not like other agencies that make you feel like (you) are just one of the thousands unemployed people in these hard time. My mistake was not going there sooner. Thank you! Millennium Personnel =) Sincerely, M.M

    This Agency is the Best!

I have been working with them since 1996 and they have gotten me three permanent jobs and many temp assignments over the years. They are professional and they know the industry! They encourage you to be realistic and give great career advice. In my experience, they are one of the best agencies in the city.

    Excellent Resumes

They revised my resume within hours. The resume looks great and I have been getting lots of interviews. With my old resume I wasn't hardly getting any. The price was fair- I had called other companys for quotes. I am very satisfied with the job they did.

    Awesome Agency

Wow! My experience with the ladies at Millennium Personnel could not have been more opposite from the last reviews. I went in on a Tuesday and I was working by Thursday- and in this economy that's great by my standards! The pay wasn't as much as I used to make, but in this job market- work is work and I was happy to find them. As for the other reviews- I say: it sounds like you got work from this agency! If you aren't happy with the job they gave you, then quit. GROW UP- no need to call people names.

    They're HORRIBLE!!!

    Posted by Nikki7 on 03/26/2009

I actually worked at the office of Millennium Personnel for a considerable amount of time and had an opportunity to observe their unethical behavior first hand. I became increasingly shocked and appalled by their lack of integrity. I eventually had to get the hell out of there. It was disturbing how they would speak inappropriately about the talent and oftentimes mistreat them. All while paying them just above minimum wage while charging the client 2x, sometimes 3x more. The two ladies that run the company are actually a mother and daughter team who try to hide this fact. Lainie Ognibene (Bennett is a fake last name) is Joanne Ognibene?s daughter. Joanne allowed Lainie to adopt the title of CEO, which is unfortunate because Joanne does most of the work. If you?ve ever met Lainie and have had the dishonor of getting to know her below the surface, you?ll find that she is as ugly on the inside as she is on the outside. I?ve always believed that ugly people have no right to be mean. But, Lainie has no problem being as mean and ugly as she looks. I went to another agency after I left them and my hourly rate was doubled. The new agency couldn?t believe how little I was being paid. Plain and simple, MILLENIUM PERSONNEL CAN EAT IT!!!

I would never use this agency again

To be fair, the agency placed me with my current employer. And I have been here for almost a year now. However, they squeezed out almost half of my paycheck every week for almost four months. And of course you don't know how much they are taking from you because you don't know exactly how much the employer will be paying you once you join their company after 65 working days. Then when I compared notes with my employer I found out that they were also over charging them for my services. for example, If my wage was suppose to be 20 per hour, they were charging my employer 28 and paying me 10. That's an 18 dollar profit! Somewhere around day 45ish I wanted to know if they could place me somewhere else (i didn't think it was going to work out). They said yes, but that I would have to start my days over. Another 65 days of a BS paycheck. I would think after already making a bunch of money off of me they could at least place me somewhere else with out ripping me off for another 65 days. Apparently, they care very little about the employees they are send out there. If you have very little employment history, maybe some shaky reference you should go to Millenium. If you have a good employment history and good reference you should go to OfficeTeam or Appleone. Those companies do not deduct fees from the employee paycheck.

I used Millennium Personnel when my secretary called in sick. They sent over a very competent and friendly assistant very quickly. I will definitely use Millennium Personnel in the future.

I always found the staff very professional and they treated me with respect. They had no problem finding me a permanent job almost immediately! Now that I have a permanent job, my boss always uses their Temps. The agency is very reliable and always sends out great workers.

    Worst Service Ever

They sent me on an interview, I never got the job they don't follow up. The slob recruiter was always feeding her fat face while on the phone with me. I finally got a great job with another recruiter. Millennium calls me a month later with another interview, i told them no she kept trying to tell me its a great job. they only care about the buck, could care less about people they place, then she started bad mouthing her competetors. Just a shady place.
