    ECB Violation Removal & Remedy

    I highly recommend United Design Partnership!! My elderly parents had issues with the EBC violation. United Design worked with me long distance to get these problems taken care of. They were very professional and went way beyond what was expected of them. I would not hesitate to use this firm again.

    UDP help my old kitchen to have new life again. Its didnt take long like the other firms. Interior plan along with construction documents took no-more than 3days! These guys really know what their doing. I'm keeping my promise with UDP rating the service. I say A+ Thank you,

    Cellar violation

    I purchase a home with full finished basement. Little did I know, it wasn't as basement. It was a cellar. Cellar is different from a basement. According to UDP, basements can be converted into living dwelling as long as we comply with local code and make adjustments. Well, make the long story short, I got what I needed in timely manor!     No ECB penalty and Hearing

    ECB Violation was removed on promised time! I didnt have to pay penalty and on top of that I didn't have to goto ECB Court for hearing.. Dont take my word for it. call them now! John C
