A Great Experience

A family member recently had cancer surgery which led me to search for a florist in OC since I am new to this area. My lucky day, I found Jan at Monarch and she proved there are still some caring people out there. She went out of her way to create a beautiful flower arrangement and deliver it to the hospital herself. No amount of words or praise can match the smile these flowers and this special owner created that afternoon. I thank you again Jan.

Wonderful Experience

We had a small family gathering at a restaurant in RSM last night to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I wanted to have a beautiful flower arrangement on the table when we arrived. Luckily, I found Monarch Florist via an internet search.
Jan, the owner of Monarch, was extremely friendly and helpful when taking my order by phone, and the arrangement she created was spectacular - way above and beyond what I expected for the price I paid. The flowers were on the table when we arrived and my wife was delighted. And several other customers and restaurant staff members came by and commented on how beautiful the flowers were.
Outstanding product, outstanding value, and outstanding customer service is a great recipe for customer loyalty. I will absolutely give Monarch my business in the future and will encourage others to do the same.

I have not only received flowers as a gift, I have purchased arrangements from Monarch Florist. The owners are eager to please and each and every arrangement is exciting, beautiful and creative. The flowers are always fresh and an arranvement will last a minimum of 1 1/2 weeks. These people are very creative and use such a nice variety of fresh, beautiful flowers. It is a delight to work with Monarch Florist and always exciting to see the beautiful creations that they present.

This company gets it right every time. It is nice to deal with a company who cares and that are total professionals/artists in their field. They love to be challenged and they come thru every time. They have made over 8 arangements for me throughout the years and each one is different and better than the previous. In this world of automatic layout and design they are originals and one of a kind. Every order is a great experience.

Thanks so much! I wasn't sure about using you, being on the other side of the planet. I went with my 10 year olds instinct and trusted you.
My husband was thrilled to receive his flowers at the hotel. It was his birthday, no-one knew over there, things weren't going smoothly at work and he found out he maybe staying for an extra "who knows how long". Not a happy person.
Thanks to you guys, we cheered him up a bit. The flowers were in his room when he got back after a long day. He smelt them before he saw them! I expected the "chocolates" requested would be a token box. My husband has taken a photo to show us what is in the Starbucks bag. I hope he saves some for us!
The flower 4 days later the arrangement still looks and smells great. More importantly, he is still smiling.

Let down

I called to place an order the day BEFORE I need my selection delivered. I explained that they were being delivered to my wifes place of employment and that she only worked until 2PM. I asked that they be delivered as early as possible so that she may enjoy them while she was at work.
I still had not heard from her by 10:30 so I called the florist to see when they were to be delivered. I was told that they understood that she was only there till 2 and would have them there by 1PM. That was very disappointing as I had ordered and PAID for them the day before and they were going to hand them to her on her way out the door.
They were nice enough on the phone, but this level of service and commitment to meet my request was simply a let down. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. There is NO reason these were not put together and ready to be delivered first thing in the morning this was nothing short of taking my money an running. I feel cheated.

Wonderful Experience

My parents live in Mission Viejo, Ca. and I truly love to send them flowers from time to time. After being disappointed a couple of times with online phone 'florists' I was drawn to Monarch Florist's website. The designs were awesome, the prices were reasonable and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I really think one of the best things is that Monarch Florist is a full service shop and has an actual location in Mission Viejo. What a find in this high tech world of internet advertising!

Their designs are incredible! I would highly recommend them. The customer service was excellent. and I loved that fact that they could email me a photo of the design. I would definitly use them again!
