I went in after looking around on yellow pages for a web design company, i thought with a five star it would be a good experience. I brought samples of other web sites that i liked and what similar items i wanted incorporated in my own, provided all the pictures and content i wanted, went through with him, not once but twice over everything, once by email/phone and a final meeting to see if he could do it and at what cost. After agreeing with the contract and monthly hosting, updating, and maintenance fees. He never completed what was requested and assured by the meeting of what the site would be like and incorporate. It took four days to get back after i was told with all the information i supplied, photos, content, text, etc, etc, would only take him a day to produce. He supplied a web site half done, then after calling him for a month to finish, even stated it would be included in the contract with the price of the development of the site not the maintenance, i received bills for hourly charges, mind you, it was agreed and paid in full upfront, stated in the contract everything that would be incorporated and it was included in the price, upfront. After six months, of poor communication with the team, really his mother-in-law, wife and Eddy, i would be told one thing by Eddy and his wife and mother-in-law would state something other. Example: I called him with the monthly pictures to be added, we agreed on 10-20 pictures added to the site, with a fee of 25 for this. I would send it in the get a bill for a hundred dollars, two hours of maintenance. Call his mother-in-law and tell her it wasn't agreed in the contract, and she said thats what Eddy gave me. Then the next day get an email from his wife threating to take down the site if i don't pay the bill for the maintenance. Bottom line, poor experience, unprofessional, it was a waste of money, look closer when you go to look for a web designer!

This note has been a long time coming! I would like to make a special acknowledgement to your web designer (Eddie) and staff at Creative Idea Designs for all the tremendous help and professional support they have provided to "The Susan Simmons Motorsports Charity For Kids". When I came to Eddie for much needed help with the "Charity" and its web site, he and his staff immediately took on the challenge and produced a very professional web site that our "Charity" is very proud to display, and gets always positive comments. Eddie I can't say thank you enough for all the help, but especially the partnership with helping our "Charity" continue to grow and expand for these special kids. You're genuine giving and dedication that you and your staff have displayed, has gone beyond any normal business relationship which again relates to how you provide more than just a product. In today's business ventures you and your company are rare, and that only relates to your leadership that any company would be proud to utilize your professional services. Thank you for all the help and continued commitment to help these special kids!
