Moving from Pensacola, FL to Indianapolis, IN was to say the least one of the hardest moves of our lives. Being a Military Family was have moved often but this move to Indy was one we didn’t want to do. Through a friend I was told to contact Lois Thompson-Nelson I did and the rest is common knowledge this was I will say the smoothest move of all. Lois is by far the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Over the past 2 years I have recommend her to my co-workers who will be moving here from FL due to our jobs being moved here. Everyone has been very pleased with her services as a realtor. The nicest thing about Lois is that she treats you like a friend not a customer. It’s been 3 years since I first met Lois we are now good friends. In our opinion Lois is by far the best realtor in all of IN. I suggest you use her as your realtor you will not be sorry. Carolyn & Pete Elick

Best Realtor - Hands down

About 2 1/2 years ago my husband and I were faced with moving to a new state for work. His job had transferred him to Indiana permanently (he'd been contracting here for 3 years prior). We needed to find a house and needed to find it quickly. A realtor friend in Alabama contacted and referred us to Lois. She was absolutely wonderful. Since I was still working in Alabama we only had one day to look at houses. I had to drive up over the weekend and look at as many houses as we could so I could drive back and be at work again Monday morning. We spent all day Saturday looking at houses, but it didn't matter, Lois was great, we'd tell her what we liked or didn't like about each house, and we kept looking. We found the house we wanted that day, put a bid on it and closed two weeks later. Happily we are still living in that house, that coincidentally was not even on our original list to look at. I tell everyone, if they are looking for a house to call Lois, she can help, and won't rest until you are in the house you want. Thanks Lois for everything.

Thompson Realtors really helped me find the home I wanted in a short period of time when I first moved to Greenwood, IN. All the hard work this Realty Company did for me was top notch at getting me the home I wanted. Also, when it came time for me to move again due to my job transfer, I let Thompson Realtors sell my house. Thompson Realtors did everything to market my home and get it sold fast at the price I wanted.
If I ever buy or sell another home again it will be done using Thompson Realtors.
Ger her a call! You will be glad you did.

First TIme Home Buyer

I purchased my first home from Lois in February of 2007. Lois was extremely patient with me and my fiance as we poked and proded through several dozen houses. We started looking for a home in August of 2006 and Lois stuck with us every step of the way. She would even show us a home on a Sunday if that was the only day that fit our schedule!
Lois has become a friend of our family over the years, and even sold my mother a home 20+ years ago! She's been with us ever since and there's no doubt in my mind that we'll continue to use her greatly appreciated services as my family now begins to grow. I can't thank her enough for all her love, patience, and knowledge!

Lois treats her clients more like family. She can give you that extra special care and you know she values your business. We have recommended her to our family members and no one has been disappointed. She works hard and gives the special attention each person wants to have from someone helping them make a big decision in their life. We definitely recommend Lois to anyone who is looking for true assistance in finding a home.
