They broke 4 promises as to when the stone would be ready. They would never contact us either to tell us it wasn't ready. We would have to go in, thinking we were there to pick it up, only to find that it wasn't ready. Half the time when we went in to get it no one was there to help. We would have to come back several times to learn that it once again was not ready despite their repeated promises. When we finally got the stone, they had selected stone with the most blemishes they could. Unfortunately, it was already cut and pre-paid, so we had no choice to take it as is.
