THEY DITCHED US!!

Completely unprofessional. Scheduled a pickup from my house on capitol hill to the airport 2 days in advance. Confirmed the night before ("you sure you guys can drive a limo in the snow? yes sir, we have rented suburbans from a third party, it'll be a little more money but we're still confirmed for tomorrow morning"). In the morning, I called an hour before to make sure he'd show up, but he didn't pick up. We kept calling him, maybe about 10-15 times every 5 minutes or so. He never picked up the phone and WE MISSED OUR FLIGHTS. 4 people missed flights because of this guy.
