I received rude behavior and cold food. I went in around 115p for a sweet and sour shrimp lunch. The sauce was sitting on the counter in a large container with absolutely no warmth. The shrimp and rice were equally as bad. When the lady attempted to warm up the food, she warmed it in a rinsed (not washed) pan. The sauce she microwaved in a styrofoam container with a plastic lid that melted a bit. I asked for fresh food as I was not comfortable with reheated old food in a dirty pan. She stated "I washed" but when I asked her if she understood what soap and sanitary conditions were, she literally yelled at me "I washed!". I was so frustrated by then that I asked for my money back. She literally yelled, "We don't do that" "I washed" I walked away without my money or food. Disappointing all around.
