GENERAL INFORMATION:
Our menus offer plenty of selections for every discerning palate and include many regional European specialties. Founder and Executive Chef, Joe Birch comes from a diverse European ancestry and has for the past 20 years traveled across and studied the cuisines of Europe. These travels and experiences, his vast culinary training, and many of his own family recipes (some nearly 100 years old) are the inspiration behind both the concept and the creation of our dishes.
