    I had my first party at Pump It Up and I was dissappointed in the lack of friendliness of the staff. The kids got really bored in the first play area. The staff person that I thought I had paid for to be with my party the whole time kept leaving the play area so when the kids had to go potty I had to try and find my way through the confusing hallways myself. They weren't much help in the cake room either, needless to say they asked for a tip and I said..."no thanks" Not worth th $300 I spent!!

    Best place ever to have a party. Wonderful staff that handles everything from watching the kids, to serving the good, to the cleanup. Made a happy birthday party for me.

    Pump It Up Rocks. They are the best place to have a party. They do all the work so you can enjoy the party. Everyone had a great time including all the parents. Highly recommend Pump It Up for the best party in town.

    Cold Pizza

    I had a party atPump It up and the pizza that I paid $3.00 per kid was hours cold, I told the staff and they just schrugged it off. They didn't offer me a discount or anything. The rest of the party was just OK. The party helpers are not very kid friendly.

    I just saw this report and I am very concerned about this. Please tell me when your party was. I don't have a comment card that showed anything of this sort. I will find out who was working and why the pizza was cold. This is not how a normal party works at our facility. Please give me a call to discuss the details. - Marcia

    They take care of everything. They have excellent staff. The kids have fun as well as the adults. This was the best party we have ever had! I would recommend Pump It Up to everyone. They advertise as Hassle Free and they mean it!
