    Don't Waste Your Time

    I booked a vehicle for my wedding through this company. I sent my deposit in and about 2 months before the wedding I came into town to look at the vehicle in person. I saw it on the website and it looked like it was in good condition. I made an appointment with Accurate Limo, First Choice Limo I still don't know what they call themselves. I had a hard time finding the business. Finally, someone told me to go into a bar and look for the business. The office is in a dark, empty bar. Not too professional and I was very uncomfortable as a female going to meet a male I never met. The guy forgot about my appointment and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He took me to the vehicle for me to inspect. It was trashed from the night before. Food and beer were everywhere, it was a mess. He never apologized for not being prepared for me when I came into town specifically for this appointment. I asked to see the contract and he said they went through ownership changes and some things on the contract were current and some were not. They never called to confirm anything before the wedding so I had to call and confirm. They assured me everything was on schedule. The day of the wedding I walk outside of the church to my vehicle to find a completely different vehicle than what I signed the contract for. I wanted a Lincoln Stretch Navigator and got a bus. I absolutely hate party buses. They never tried to call me that day to let me know that the vehicle was not available or to warn me. We have photos of me walking through the bubbles with a stunned look on my face to find this RTA looking bus. They admitted they made a bad business choice and tried to give us 2 free hours of their service the next time we use them.The reason was there was an infant funeral that morning that booked the Lincoln too. The family took longer than expected and they didn't have the heart to tell them that they had to get the vehicle to a wedding. The owner wanted to talk to me during our ride to the reception. Instead of enjoying my day I was fighting with the owner on the phone. We tipped the driver that night and went on our way. The next day during our family brunch the owner called to cause more of a mess. I declined the future free 2 hours saying I would never do business with them and that we should call it even and they could keep my deposit. He demanded we pay the full balance because he said we did not tip enough and went over our time, which I am positive we did not. I said I would not pay and he threatened to take me to court. I was leaving for my honeymoon and didn't want to deal with this so we agreed on half. I sent a check out that day and asked for a receipt saying paid in full, he agreed. They cashed the check the day they received it but we never got a receipt and this was three weeks later. We had to call to remind them and they sent us a bill/contract without my signature saying we owed the rest of the money. No customer service, he hung up on me more than once. I have turned them into the Better Business Bureau. They may have good prices but I believe the company is a scheme and you will not be satisfied.
