Great store and staff!

I've been dealing with Discount almost exclusively for the past 10 years or so. I liked the tire warranty (used it once, paid for itself!) and the fact that all the stores I've dealt with, the employees have been courteous, and willing to work with me. This particular Discount told me over the phone that they would replace the valve stems on my girlfriends car (the defective ones that came from China) for only the cost of replacement valve stems, even though the tires nor valve stems were purchased there. Total was just over $10 for all four. I was quoted by another local tire store at $40 for the same job! Unfortunately I don't remember the names of who I spoke with on the phone, or who I dealt with (Andrew? Allen? Sorry!), but the fact is, from time of arrival at the store, with no appointment, they were done and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes! In the meantime, I asked about tires for my truck, and they turned me away from the more expensive tires (!). They asked what my reasoning was for wanting those particular tires, and on me telling them, I was recommended a cheaper tire that would perform better for what I was doing. All in all exceptionally pleased with this store. If they keep this up, they will have no problems with repeat customers. Thanks!
