    Poor Follow Thru

    I tried calling several time and they kept hanging up on me. I've been calling about a partcular item that they are out of stock on and they offered to order it for me. They said they'd call me back. No call back. Now, when I call (I guess they see the caller id) they just pick up the phone and hang up. I don't get it, why couldn't they just say they can't help me so I can go with another company don't have to waste my time with them? I'll never call them again.

    My fiance and I went to Paper N More to look at wedding invitations. The sales associate who helped us sat us down with a book then left us to browse. She never checked back in with us, didn't offer to sit down with us and offer her suggestions, and when we did ask her questions, she didn't seem to be familiar enough with the product to help us. Another bride was being helped by another associate who did seem to be more helpful and attentive, so it might not be that all associates are bad, but my experience was very disappointing. I ended up taking my business to a different paper store that offered fantastic customer service. Paper N More does have a huge variety of other paper and stationery products, but I would not recommend this store to brides looking to buy wedding invitations.

    I inquired about some merchandise over the phone and the person who answered the phone was not very friendly. I would not recommend this merchant.
