    Fun was had by all with the transportation provided by Premiere Limo Service. Mark was most helpful in planning the day and our driver, Bob, had the personality to get everyone moving and meet the schedule of the day. The Bride and Groom made their getaway right on schedule while enjoying the luxury of a well equipped white stretch limo. Thumbs up!

    We had Mark and Premier Limo take us to the Jimmy Buffett concert at the Nissan Pavilion Sept. 5, 2009. He was prompt and pleasant and we loved the limo. We had the best time and Mark was a big part of it. The service was excellent and the ride was very comfortable. Coming back late at night was easy and fast. We would recommend Premier to anyone and will be using them again in the near future.

    Wanted to treat my parents to a night on the town , but was not sure what limo service to use, i ask some other friends who they had used in the past and they mentioned Premier Limousine Service. I gave Mark a call and he was very helpful on the phone, I ended up booking the limo thru him and my parents night out went perfect!, car showed up early, was very clean , and was well stocked with sodas and water. Plus the driver (MARK) WAS SO GOOD WITH MY PARENTS, MAKE NO MISTAKES! When in need of a limo, call Mark @ Premier Limousine Service in Powhatan Va.

    My husband and I have used this Limousine service for over two years now and have been extremely pleased. The owner/driver is very professional and friendly and provides exceptional service to his clients. He has accommodated last minute plans for us on many occasions. Premier's Limousines are very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company's service.

    As a parent sending her 16 yo daughter and friends out on the town, you gotta have a limo service that will allow the fun and keep them safe. Premier Limousine service is the one. My kids response was, "Mark (the driver) rocked." I felt completely confident that my daughter and her friends were in the best of hands.

    I am an executive that has been using limo services for many years. I recently moved to the Richmond area and needed a reliable limo service. Premier Limousine & Sedan is an exceptional service provider. The owner, Mark Swineford, is congenial, dependable, considerate and a true gentleman. I have had the good fortune to have some of the other drivers that work with Premier Limousine & Sedan as well. All of them have held to the excellent standards that Mark has set for his clients. I have needed a limo at some unusual hours; not a problem for Mark. I have had airline delays cause me to be late on arrival; not a problem for Mark.     I got a stretch limo for my brother’s birthday party and we had an AWESOME time!! The limo was very nice and clean and I can't say enough about the driver. He was professional and a super nice man. He knew exactly where to take us and there were no problems with anything. The entire night was perfect!!!

    We had a very good experience with Premier Limousine. My wife and I had old friends in town and we wanted to show them around the city. The driver Mark did an outstanding job. He knew his way around the city extremely well and was nothing but kind and polite. The car was very nice and clean and rode smoothly. The last limo company I hired provided a limo that smelled of exhaust and had a window that wouldn’t roll down. I definitely recommend Premier Limousine. They do a great job, the limos are nice and the rates are very good.
