They closed my pool last September and when I opened it in the spring noticed freeze plugs had popped out in 2 returns. They refused to offer a free pressure test to see if I had any leaks in my 3 y.o. pool. Jacky Weiner was first unresponsive and then evasive when I asked her why. Unprofessional...I'll never use them again.
Terrible! I used them 3 times and they were great UNTIL there was a problem. The owner called to yell at me and made tons of excuses. Save yourself the headache- DO NOT USE THEM!
If I could rate a ZERO I would! I've been forced to deal with Sky Blue Pools through a third party and it has been a very poor experience. They have NEVER been able to fix the problem the first time and always have to come back to redo their work... And the people in the office at Sky Blue Pools always make excuses and try to find fault with the customer. My best recommendation is to stay away from this company. POOR service and even worse customer service.
Sky Blue Pools took care of my pool for the 2010 season. Working with them was great; they were knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. It's obvious that meeting a customer's needs is their first priority.
I have been using Skyblue Pools since they first started. They are reliable and efficent. They seem to be family run, which I like, a small business on Long Island, not some big company where I have to wait on hold when I call etc...
I had a liner installed about a year ago and their price was the best of any pool co. on LI. I priced around. I was very happy with the work they did. I recommend them to everyone I know that has a pool.
