What can I say, the best service, Pricing and the most friendly staff. I took my car to them on a Friday at 4:30 the day before I was leaving for the East Coast. I did not know until I was ready to leave that the borrowed car's air conditioning did not work, As I drove into the shop, I could see that they were very busy, however the Service Manager, his name is Todd, took the time to look at my car and found that the compressor was siezed.Although it could not be repaired, they took the time to help me.

Complete disrespect for customer and customer questions.

May have a competitive advantage, but they have forgotten who pays their bills. I was treated so poorly after waiting 3 hours and 45 minutes, that I had them put the car pieces back together and went to another repair facility. They think they can muscle you around because you're in a position of weakness with a smoking radiator and parts all over the garage floor. They challenged me to take my business elsewhere and I gladly took them to it. The general manager Todd and the owner as well need to know that customers have choices and they can't steamroll over people. Their mechanics may be amazing and they may have great service, but I wouldn't give them a dime for the way they treat customers.

Called that day, and they squeezed me in.. even got my car within the same day !! Was trying to sell my 1962 Chevy Nova and wasnt looking to spend alot, they fixed me quick and cheaply and I was able to sell my car within the weekend. As a small business owner myself ( Edo Salon ) I appreciate honesty and quality service. Thanks.

My car went into the shop and they repaired it, and told me I could pick it up anytime until noon on Saturday when they closed for the weekend. I went to pick it up at 11am Saturday morning and they were closed already, no note, no sign, no phone call. I left several messages and got no call back. I was supposed to get my car appraised that weekend as I was selling it. Several buyers were scheduled to look at it and couldn't because they cut out of work early, lying about their hours. Not trustworthy and not very professional.

    Great Customer Service

Replaced radiator fan clutch and released my car. On the way home I realized the car was still overheating. Returned and Alouis quickly got to work replacing the thermostat - 3 + hour job- no cost to me. They realized they released the car too early and promptly handled the situation in a very professional manner. All of this occurred on Christmas eve when everyone else is trying to cut out of work early. These guys are awesome.
