best care in the air? worst care on the ground

Midwest has the worst web page that provides absolutely NO information on flight status. They offer on-line chatting, but only after 10:00 a.m. Central time and even that malfunctions. Their toll-free number for customer assistance has a constant "busy" signal. They cancel flights with absolutely no notice to the passengers, even if you have registered for notifications and have provided contact information. No apology. Nothing.
