Elsie Mae's Bed & Breakfast

Absolutely a fabulously charming way to spend a weekend with your significant other- away from the world.

My guest and I discovered this lovely little bed and breakfast while traveling to go to an event in South Haven, KS. The local hotels were all full around the area and I googled for a bed and breakfast to stay at nearby.

What was planned to be a muddy mess and sunburnin' weekend turned into a romantic getaway in an amazing home. We were lucky enough to be the only patrons of this huge and elegant home in a town rich with history.

We met Kristy whom keeps the house, she was a joy and also provided us with a board game and a deck of cards. (There are not any T.V.s hence the idea away from the world.) We also met Kathy and Judy (the amazing cook), which like Kristy were a pleasure to be around.

My guest and I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone and we plan to visit there again very soon, and we’re taking friends with us to share our discovered getaway.
