Each item seems to be well done & fresh. The place is immaculately clean from restrooms to booths. Worst criticism is that there is little variance from time to time. Crab legs = all you care to eat. Most (altho sadly not all) items are clearly labeled. Waitresses (I never saw a male wait person or non-Oriental) scurry about altho few (if any) speak English. I communicated best by sign language. Place is fantastically decorated especially for a well-lit buffet. Prices both at lubnch + dinner are very fair, perhaps even bargains.
